Responsibility
- Perform thorough cleaning of condominium units, including living areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms, to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitize all surfaces, ensuring a spotless and welcoming environment for residents and guests.
- Clean and disinfect high-touch areas such as doorknobs, light switches, countertops, and appliances to maintain a germ-free space.
- Empty trash bins, replace liners, and ensure proper disposal of waste in accordance with company and environmental guidelines.
- Restock essential supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and cleaning products in bathrooms and kitchens.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards observed during cleaning to the supervisor for prompt resolution.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and cleaning procedures to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with residents, property managers, and team members.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or a related role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services.
