Responsibility
- Assist the Restaurant Supervisor in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in compliance with company and local regulations.
- Train, mentor, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver consistent service and uphold brand standards.
- Assist in managing cash handling, POS systems, and daily sales reports to ensure accuracy and accountability.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food and beverage service.
- Conduct regular inspections of dining areas, restrooms, and service stations to ensure they meet company standards.
- Support the Supervisor in implementing new policies, promotions, or operational changes to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management, POS systems, and cash handling procedures.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
- Certification in food safety or hospitality management is an advantage.
