Responsibility
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with OSHA and local regulations.
- Develop, implement, and update safety policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
- Train employees on safety protocols, PPE usage, and hazard prevention techniques.
- Investigate accidents, near-misses, and incidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor construction sites for adherence to fire safety, electrical safety, and structural integrity standards.
- Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety measures into project planning and execution.
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Occupational Safety Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in safety management; fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
- Certification in OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian safety regulations and international standards.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety management software.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as needed.
