Responsibility
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and training programs to promote a culture of safety.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with management and employees to address safety concerns and improve workplace conditions.
- Monitor and maintain safety equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition and readily available.
- Prepare and submit safety reports, including findings, recommendations, and follow-up actions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a safety officer role, preferably in logistics or a related industry.
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) is highly desirable.
