As a SHE Executive, you will play a pivotal role in advising leadership and employees on best practices to ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment. Your expertise will help mitigate risks, enhance operational efficiency, and foster a culture of safety across all levels of the organization.
Based in one of Bali’s key business hubs—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor SHE policies, conduct audits, and ensure adherence to local and international regulations.

Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) policies in compliance with local and international standards (e.g., ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001).
- Conduct regular risk assessments, inspections, and audits to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Advise management and employees on SHE best practices, legal requirements, and emergency response procedures.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and the development of preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
- Organize and deliver SHE training programs for employees at all levels to promote awareness and compliance.
- Collaborate with HR and operations teams to integrate SHE considerations into daily workflows and long-term strategies.
- Maintain accurate SHE documentation, including reports, permits, and compliance records.
- Stay updated on emerging SHE trends, regulations, and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a SHE role, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or transport industries.
- Certification in OSH (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) is highly advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of local and international SHE regulations (e.g., Indonesian OSH laws, ISO standards).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in conducting audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Ability to develop and deliver training programs effectively.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
