Responsibility
- Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting business data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the development of process maps, workflow diagrams, and business requirement documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Participate in strategic projects related to supply chain optimization, cost reduction, or operational excellence.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business decisions.
- Assist in the implementation of new tools, systems, or methodologies to enhance business performance.
- Document findings and propose actionable recommendations based on analytical results.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization) and familiarity with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Basic understanding of business processes, operational workflows, or manufacturing/logistics concepts.
- Proactive mindset with a passion for learning and contributing to impactful projects.
- Availability for a full-time internship (minimum 3-6 months).
