Responsibility
- Operate and monitor flaking, packaging, and drumming machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment to prevent downtime and ensure safety.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain product quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Document production data, including batch records and quality control checks.
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations to maintain a secure workplace.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform minor repairs as needed.
- Assist in training new technicians and sharing best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational training in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing, packaging, or related fields.
- Familiarity with industrial machinery and safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
