Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive safety programs tailored to M&E HVAC, cleanroom, and semiconductor environments.
- Conduct regular site inspections, hazard assessments, and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international safety regulations, including OSHA, ISO, and industry-specific standards.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.
- Provide safety training, workshops, and toolbox talks to employees at all levels, fostering a proactive safety culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety best practices into project planning and execution.
- Maintain accurate documentation of safety policies, incidents, and training records for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Stay updated on emerging safety trends, technologies, and regulatory changes to continuously improve safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA 30, CSP) are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in safety coordination, preferably in M&E HVAC, cleanroom, or semiconductor industries.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessment methodologies, and incident management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex safety data and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels and drive safety initiatives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and safety management software (e.g., Intelex, SAP EHS).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with cleanroom protocols, semiconductor manufacturing safety, or HVAC system hazards is highly desirable.
