Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead safety training sessions and workshops to educate employees on best practices and emergency procedures.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training activities.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to integrate safety measures into project planning and execution.
- Ensure all safety equipment is properly maintained and readily available for use.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in safety coordination within the construction or engineering industry.
- Certification in occupational health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of local and international safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and engage with team members.
