Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety management policies and procedures in alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead safety training programs and workshops to ensure all employees are well-versed in safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety measures into daily operations and long-term strategic planning.
- Monitor and report on safety performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in legislation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in safety management within manufacturing, transport, or logistics industries.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful safety programs and training initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of local and international safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks and develop data-driven safety strategies.
