Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
- Conduct process assessments to determine feasibility and ROI of automation initiatives.
- Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including workflows, business rules, and technical specifications.
- Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of RPA bots to ensure seamless operation.
- Monitor and optimize automated processes to enhance performance and scalability.
- Provide training and support to end-users and business teams on RPA tools and processes.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in RPA and AI technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in RPA development or related automation technologies.
- Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
- Strong understanding of business processes and workflow automation.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBScript) and databases (e.g., SQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
