In this role, you will travel across various retail locations in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, ensuring that our products are displayed attractively and strategically to maximize sales and customer engagement.

Responsibility
- Travel to assigned retail locations across Bali to ensure product displays are visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with store managers to replenish stock as needed.
- Conduct regular audits of product placement, pricing, and promotional materials to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide training and guidance to store staff on merchandising best practices and product knowledge.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to recommend improvements in product placement and promotions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to execute in-store promotions and campaigns effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of merchandising activities, including photos and reports for management review.
- Ensure all merchandising materials and fixtures are in good condition and request replacements as necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail merchandising, visual merchandising, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with store teams and management.
- Ability to travel frequently within Bali and manage multiple locations efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and product presentation.
- Proficient in using basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite) for reporting and documentation.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are essential.
