Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries, product recommendations, and purchases.
- Maintain visually appealing and organized product displays to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
- Replenish stock efficiently, ensuring all items are readily available and properly merchandised.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, including handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or stock shortages to the management team.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times, adhering to brand standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and brand initiatives to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
- Friendly, approachable, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak retail hours.
