Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases.
- Manage and maintain attractive product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
- Monitor and replenish stock levels, ensuring products are always available and well-organized.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including shelves, floors, and storage areas.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock takes, labeling, and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transactions.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools is advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
