Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of Sales Assistants to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
- Oversee daily shop floor operations, including shift scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Train and mentor staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand standards.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and retail best practices.
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with management to implement promotional strategies and drive foot traffic.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail supervision or team leadership, preferably in luxury or fashion retail.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and basic retail analytics.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
- Passion for fashion, lifestyle products, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Legal work authorization in Indonesia.
