Responsibility
- Visit assigned Puregold stores in Bali to monitor and maintain product displays.
- Ensure that all products are stocked, priced correctly, and displayed according to company standards.
- Coordinate with store managers and sales teams to implement promotional activities and special displays.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to the appropriate personnel.
- Conduct regular audits of product placements and ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving product visibility and sales performance.
- Assist in the setup and execution of in-store promotions and events.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in all assigned stores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail or business is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail, merchandising, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Willingness to travel to different store locations in Bali.
- Physical ability to lift and move products as needed.
