Responsibility
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems across assigned properties.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
- Conduct inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, service reports, and inventory of supplies.
- Collaborate with property managers, vendors, and contractors to coordinate repairs and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Operate and maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant concerns and ensuring a comfortable and functional environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
- Strong technical skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or general building maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, lift heavy objects, and work in various conditions (e.g., heights, confined spaces).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Bali as needed.
- Basic computer skills for maintenance management software and reporting.
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
