Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of common areas, hallways, stairwells, and exterior blocks within the residential complex.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain a spotless environment.
- Dust and wipe surfaces, including windows, railings, and fixtures, to ensure a pristine appearance.
- Empty and dispose of trash and recycling bins in designated areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the management team promptly.
- Restock cleaning supplies and ensure all equipment is in proper working condition.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling chemicals.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to prepare for special events or resident gatherings.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or maintenance is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate weights (up to 15 kg), and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality results.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety procedures.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within assigned schedules.
