Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of cleaning staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, standards, and procedures to maintain optimal cleanliness across all assigned areas.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas requiring attention and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed and ensuring cost-effective usage.
- Address and resolve client or tenant complaints regarding cleaning services in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and submit reports on team performance, work completed, and any incidents or issues encountered.
- Collaborate with management to improve service quality and implement process enhancements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in a supervisory role within cleaning services, housekeeping, or facility management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and mentor staff.
- Excellent knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment for various surfaces and environments.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to cleaning and sanitation.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as required by operational needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in cleaning or facility management are advantageous.
