In this role, youâll be the face of our brand, traveling to high-traffic stores in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung to conduct product demonstrations, health testing, and merchandising. Youâll educate customers on the benefits of our products, provide personalized health insights, and ensure our brand stands out on the shelves. Responsibility
- Conduct in-store product demonstrations and health testing sessions to educate customers on Vitamax Primeâs wellness solutions.
- Perform merchandising tasks, including stocking, organizing, and maintaining product displays to ensure optimal visibility and appeal.
- Travel to assigned retail locations across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung to execute field activities as scheduled.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering personalized health recommendations.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or excesses to the management team to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to help refine product offerings and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with store staff to build strong relationships and ensure alignment with in-store promotions and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including sales, customer interactions, and merchandising updates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail, merchandising, or field sales, preferably in the health, wellness, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and build rapport effectively.
- Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a roving role.
- Basic knowledge of health and wellness products or a willingness to learn about nutritional supplements and wellness solutions.
- Comfortable with travel and mobility; must be able to navigate between multiple retail locations across Bali.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, etc.) are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to align with store schedules.
- Tech-savvy with experience using mobile devices and basic reporting tools for tracking activities and sales.
