Responsibility
- Lead daily van sales operations, ensuring timely and efficient product delivery to assigned routes.
- Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee accurate and timely collections, maintaining financial discipline and minimizing outstanding receivables.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Mentor and train junior sales staff, fostering a high-performance culture within the team.
- Monitor inventory levels in the van and coordinate with the warehouse for restocking as needed.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, including customer feedback and market insights.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in route sales, FMCG distribution, or direct sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territories in Bali.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Excel, CRM software) for reporting and data management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are advantageous.
