Responsibility
- Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office and Housekeeping departments to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and train staff to maintain high standards of guest service and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, including personalized service initiatives.
- Monitor and manage room inventory, reservations, and guest check-in/check-out processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest services and resolve any issues promptly.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements to optimize departmental efficiency.
- Represent the hotel at industry events and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
- Proven track record of managing Front Office and Housekeeping operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a guest-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.
