Responsibility
- Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Replace and replenish amenities, linens, and towels as per company standards.
- Report and document any room discrepancies, maintenance issues, or safety hazards promptly.
- Remove room service trays and ensure all guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Follow standard operating procedures for lost and found items and handle them according to company policy.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and seamless operations.
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to provide a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Provide exceptional guest service by responding to requests and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic understanding of English; additional languages are a plus.
