Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, including special requests and dietary restrictions
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure all guest needs are met with attentive service
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table settings and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with diplomacy and efficiency
- Process payments accurately and provide itemized receipts
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume or luxury setting (preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with POS systems and order-taking procedures
- Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality
