Responsibility
- Oversee daily F&B operations across multiple high-end venues, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of hospitality professionals to uphold service excellence.
- Implement cost-control measures while maintaining premium quality standards.
- Monitor inventory, supplier relationships, and procurement to optimize operational efficiency.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive repeat business.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all locations.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote F&B offerings and maximize revenue.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in leading teams in luxury hospitality or high-volume dining environments.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and hospitality tech tools.
- Flexibility to travel between locations in Bali as needed.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
