Responsibility
- Develop and implement hygiene and compliance policies in alignment with local and international standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Train and educate staff on best practices for hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on compliance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure continuous compliance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Environmental Health, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hygiene, compliance, or quality assurance within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of local and international health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in hygiene management (e.g., HACCP, ISO) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
