Responsibility
- Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Replace and replenish amenities, linens, and towels as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the housekeeping supervisor promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and use approved chemicals safely.
- Respond to guest requests for additional services or supplies in a timely manner.
- Ensure all public areas, such as hallways and lobbies, are kept tidy and inviting.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and privacy standards for all guest information.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and seamless housekeeping operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar housekeeping role (preferably in a hotel or resort).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to meet daily cleaning quotas efficiently.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a guest-first mindset.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
