Responsibility
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing all surfaces
- Restock amenities and supplies to maintain inventory standards
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Follow all hotel safety and security procedures to ensure guest protection
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding guest information and hotel operations
- Assist with special guest requests and VIP room preparations
- Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to maintain departmental efficiency
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards as per hotel policies
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift
- Basic English communication skills (additional languages a plus)
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Willingness to undergo training and follow standard operating procedures
