Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end on-site wedding coordination, ensuring adherence to timelines, vendor contracts, and client expectations.
- Liaise with vendors (caterers, florists, photographers, etc.) to confirm deliveries, setups, and service execution.
- Conduct pre-event venue walkthroughs and finalize floor plans, seating arrangements, and decor placements.
- Manage guest flow, ceremony transitions, and reception activities with precision and professionalism.
- Troubleshoot last-minute issues (e.g., weather changes, vendor delays) with creative, client-focused solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the couple, wedding party, and guests on the event day.
- Ensure all legal, cultural, or logistical requirements (e.g., permits, traditions) are met seamlessly.
- Document event details and post-event feedback to refine future services.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in wedding coordination, event planning, or hospitality (1+ years preferred).
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse clients and vendors.
- Familiarity with Bali’s wedding venues, local customs, and vendor networks is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as weddings demand.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is advantageous.
- Keen eye for detail and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
