Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily roofing installation activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of roofers, providing training and guidance to enhance productivity and safety.
- Conduct site inspections to assess project requirements, material needs, and potential challenges.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to align on project specifications and expectations.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance with local building codes and company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, including budget tracking and resource allocation.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize delays and maintain project momentum.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in roofing supervision or a similar leadership role in construction.
- Strong knowledge of metal roofing systems, installation techniques, and industry best practices.
- Proven ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
- Certification in occupational health and safety (e.g., K3) is highly preferred.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in outdoor environments, including at heights.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with construction management software or tools is a plus.
