Responsibility
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of roadworks and external infrastructure projects.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor progress and address any issues.
- Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and project documentation.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure projects are completed within scope and on schedule.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and site personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in roadworks, external works, or civil engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
