Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies for residential, light commercial, and VRF projects in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and distributors.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Provide technical expertise and product training to clients and sales teams.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability while meeting customer needs.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote Carrier’s products and solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC or building solutions industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of RLC/VRF systems and their applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
