Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze financial transactions to detect and prevent fraudulent activities.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize operational risks.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and company policies.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or anomalies in transaction data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve risk management processes and controls.
- Prepare and present risk reports to stakeholders with actionable insights.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging risks, and best practices in risk operations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of risk management tools and systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or financial operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
- Proficiency in risk management software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with global teams.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment with minimal supervision.
