Responsibility
- Develop and maintain dynamic Revit families and parametric components for architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
- Create detailed generic models and specialized components for bridges, shoring, and temporary structures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure BIM models align with project specifications and industry standards.
- Optimize Revit templates and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce errors in design and documentation.
- Generate and manage 2D and 3D drawings, including sections, elevations, and schedules, from Revit models.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Revit models, families, or project files.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM and Revit best practices and implement them in ongoing projects.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior team members on Revit software and BIM methodologies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Revit Technician, BIM Modeler, or similar role in architecture, engineering, or construction.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, or MEP) with a strong portfolio of custom families and models.
- Familiarity with BIM 360, Navisworks, or other BIM collaboration tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation, drafting standards, and building codes.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in complex modeling tasks.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with global and local teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
