Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and organization of project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and cost estimations to support budgeting and procurement processes.
- Monitor project progress on-site and report findings to the engineering team for analysis.
- Coordinate between the site and office to ensure accurate and timely communication of project updates.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, highlighting key milestones and potential risks.
- Assist in site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with design standards and regulations.
- Support the development of technical proposals and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve engineering challenges and optimize project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, including structural analysis, construction methods, and materials.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other engineering software is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal) to liaise with team members and stakeholders.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project demands.
- Basic knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards is advantageous.
