Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate on-site civil construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Oversee land development projects, including site preparation, grading, drainage, and utility installations.
- Manage substation construction, ensuring compliance with electrical and structural engineering specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Liaise with engineers, architects, contractors, and local authorities to resolve technical and logistical challenges.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and regulatory compliance in accordance with Indonesian and international standards.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, cost estimates, and documentation for stakeholders.
- Optimize resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maximize project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil supervision, with a focus on land development and substation projects.
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE) is a plus.
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations, permits, and environmental compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in high-pressure environments.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
