Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on facility equipment and building systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct preventive maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime and extend the lifespan of machinery.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
- Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and other staff members as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment, including diagnostic and testing devices.
