Responsibility
- Lead outbound telesales campaigns to generate leads and close sales.
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue growth and customer acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consultative selling.
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to refine sales pitches.
- Train and mentor junior sales team members to enhance overall performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telesales, revenue growth, or business development roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote/hybrid team.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Residence in Bali or willingness to relocate to Bali.
