Responsibility
- Develop and maintain revenue forecasting models using advanced statistical and analytical techniques.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for revenue optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Marketing) to align data insights with business strategies.
- Design and automate dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to visualize key revenue metrics for stakeholders.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support pricing strategies, discount evaluations, and contract profitability assessments.
- Ensure data integrity by validating and cleansing datasets from ERP, CRM, and other business systems.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in clear, actionable formats.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging tools in data analytics, AI, and business intelligence.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in revenue analysis, financial modeling, or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles (ASC 606) and financial reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into business insights.
- Familiarity with machine learning or predictive analytics is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment with a results-driven mindset.
