Responsibility
- Process and inspect returned merchandise to determine condition and eligibility for restocking or disposal.
- Accurately document return reasons, defects, and resolutions in the inventory management system.
- Coordinate with customer service and sales teams to resolve return-related inquiries and discrepancies.
- Organize and restock returned items in designated warehouse areas, ensuring proper labeling and storage.
- Identify trends in product returns and provide feedback to quality control and procurement teams.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., scanners, forklifts) as needed to facilitate returns processing.
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy and minimize losses.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or returns processing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, WMS).
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle high-volume returns efficiently.
- Good communication skills in English to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 20-25 kg and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with safety protocols in warehouse environments.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics are a plus.
