Responsibility
- Manage and maintain procurement records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hospital policies.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure medical supplies and equipment.
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers to secure the best prices.
- Prepare and maintain procurement reports for management review.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with regulatory and hospital standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their procurement needs and provide support.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
