Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier negotiations to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of goods and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Prepare and analyze purchase orders, contracts, and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize excess or obsolete inventory.
- Conduct regular supplier evaluations and audits to ensure quality, reliability, and adherence to contractual terms.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing best practices in procurement.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on procurement activities to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
- Knowledge of local and international procurement regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin) are a plus.
