Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze returns and replenishment processes to identify inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce stockouts or overstock situations.
- Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate product replenishment.
- Track and report on KPIs (e.g., return rates, turnaround times, inventory accuracy) to management with actionable insights.
- Investigate root causes of product returns and propose corrective actions to minimize future occurrences.
- Maintain and update inventory management systems (e.g., ERP, WMS) with real-time data for decision-making.
- Coordinate with suppliers and retailers to resolve discrepancies in shipments or orders promptly.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending process automation or system enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in returns management, inventory control, or replenishment analysis.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL) and inventory management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
