Responsibility
- Provide ongoing HR advisory services to client organizations, including policy development, compliance, and employee relations.
- Design and implement tailored recruitment strategies to attract top talent for clients across Bali.
- Conduct HR audits to identify gaps in processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance.
- Develop and deliver training programs on topics such as workplace culture, diversity, and leadership development.
- Assist clients with performance management systems, including goal-setting, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
- Resolve employee conflicts and grievances in a fair, confidential, and timely manner.
- Stay updated on Indonesian labor laws and HR trends to ensure clients remain compliant and competitive.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients to understand their evolving HR needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on generalist or advisory functions.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and employees.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus but not required.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Zoho People) and Microsoft Office Suite.
