As our L&D Manager, you will oversee the Training Center operations, design and implement cutting-edge learning programs, and drive competency development across the organization. Your expertise will ensure our teams are equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel in a dynamic business environment. You’ll also play a key role in evaluating training effectiveness and leveraging data-driven insights to refine our development strategies.

Responsibility
- Lead the Training Center operations, ensuring seamless delivery of learning programs and resources.
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning and development programs aligned with business goals.
- Identify talent gaps and create targeted competency development plans to enhance employee performance.
- Conduct training needs analysis and collaborate with department heads to address skill deficiencies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using metrics, feedback, and performance data.
- Manage the learning management system (LMS) and ensure up-to-date, engaging content.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning through workshops, mentorship, and e-learning initiatives.
- Prepare and present reports on training ROI, participation rates, and skill improvement to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Management, or a similar HR role.
- Proven track record in designing and executing training programs for diverse audiences.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning theories, and competency-based training.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure training impact and derive actionable insights.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
