As our Retail Training Manager, you will design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive training programs that align with our brand’s vision and customer service standards. Responsibility

  • Develop and execute end-to-end training programs for retail staff, including onboarding, product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and design targeted learning solutions to address them.
  • Collaborate with store managers and HR to align training initiatives with business goals and performance metrics.
  • Deliver engaging workshops, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training to ensure consistent application of best practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs, feedback, and performance data, making data-driven improvements.
  • Stay updated on retail industry trends and incorporate innovative training methodologies to keep programs relevant.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning by mentoring trainers and encouraging peer-to-peer knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements in all training materials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail training, learning & development, or a similar leadership role.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful training programs in a retail or customer-facing environment.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with LMS (Learning Management Systems) and digital training tools is highly desirable.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure training ROI and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
  • Passion for coaching and developing others, with a collaborative and adaptive leadership style.
