Responsibility

  • Conduct regular visits to retail outlets to monitor performance, gather operational data, and ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of retail staff, ensuring consistent service quality.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with store managers to address performance gaps and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards across all locations.
  • Prepare detailed reports on store performance, training effectiveness, and operational efficiency for management review.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to onboard new employees and upskill existing staff.
  • Act as a liaison between corporate headquarters and retail stores to ensure seamless communication and implementation of initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations, training, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of retail processes, customer service standards, and operational best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and mentor staff effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights for decision-making.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with retail management software.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned regions.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
