Responsibility
- Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing retail team to achieve and surpass monthly sales targets.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive foot traffic and boost revenue.
- Conduct regular team training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, average transaction value) and report performance to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health/safety standards, and loss prevention protocols.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, events, and loyalty programs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a retail leadership or supervisory role, preferably in electronics or consumer goods.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Tech-savvy with a passion for gadgets, trends, and emerging technologies.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is advantageous.
