Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.
- Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and pricing, to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Actively recommend products based on customer needs, preferences, and budget, driving sales and customer satisfaction.
- Explain promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs to maximize customer engagement and repeat business.
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems, including handling cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment, including stocking merchandise and arranging displays.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns professionally, ensuring resolution aligns with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and contribute to store success.
- Stay updated on product trends, inventory levels, and competitor offerings to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (hospitality experience is a plus).
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and other languages (e.g., Mandarin, Russian, Japanese) is highly advantageous.
- Passion for customer service with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions, calculating discounts, and managing cash.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail technology is a plus.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, to meet business needs.
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations.
