Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of SPG and Merchandisers to deliver exceptional in-store execution and customer service.
- Ensure product displays, stock levels, and visual merchandising align with brand standards and promotional plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with outlet managers to secure prime shelf space and drive sales.
- Monitor and report on daily sales performance, stock inventory, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Develop and implement action plans to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct regular team training and performance reviews to enhance productivity and engagement.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on sales, expenses, and market insights to management.
- Resolve customer or outlet-related issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in retail sales, merchandising, or team leadership (FMCG industry preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage teams and client relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic data analysis for reporting.
- Familiarity with modern trade retail operations (supermarkets, hypermarkets, minimarkets).
- Willingness to travel across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) as required.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
